🔥 Real talk: what actually works

We'd rather keep you than sell you hype. Straight from the research:

  • Zinc and Vitamin D do the heavy lifting, but mostly only if you're deficient. Fix a real deficiency and testosterone can genuinely respond. Already normal? Don't expect much.
  • Tongkat Ali and fenugreek, promising but small/mixed human studies. Possibly helpful, not proven.
  • Shilajit, boron, taurine, thin human evidence for testosterone. Cheap, low-stakes, manage expectations.
  • Vitamin K1/K2, good for bone and mood, does essentially nothing for testosterone. It's on the label for you, not for your T.
  • The real move: a blood test tells you if you're actually low. Worth more than any bottle, this stack or theirs.
